Grave of two newborns discovered in an ancient latrine at Ephesos

An extraordinary Early Medieval grave in the Artemision at Ephesos has now been re-examined by researchers from the Austrian Academy of Sciences: two infants who died perinatally, possibly twins, were found in a disused latrine channel of the Roman Odeion.
